Q: I ordered a cookbook during the presale, but I didn't receive an email with the download link once the book launched. Where is it?

A: There are a few places that are worth checking:

  1. Check your Junk Mail folder. Sometimes it ends up there when it is an unrecognized email address.

  2. Make sure that you are checking the correct email address. MANY customers made payments through PayPal or Stripe associated with an old or secondary email address, and therefore the book download email was delivered to this email address.
  3. Make sure that your email inbox has space to receive new emails. If the inbox is full, not only will you not receive our email, we also won't be able to answer any of your inquiries to help you get your book!

If you don't find the email in any mailbox, contact Sellfy via support@sellfy.com and provide the unique Transaction ID for your purchase.

Q: I maxed out my downloads during the presale and am unable to download the cookbook. What do I do?

A: For that specific issue, Sellfy has a small article section and a video. It's pretty simple! You click to reset and then verify that request through the email sent to your email address. But, we don't want people to abuse that reset control so the new downloads will only show for the device that they used to first download.

Q: I received my email notifying me that the cookbook is now available for download, but the "Download Now" button is not showing up. What do I do?

A: In the case that the "Download Now" button image does not show up in your email, first try clicking in the empty space where the button should be. In many cases, customers were still able to click the link this way. If this does not work, please contact Sellfy via support@sellfy.com and provide the unique Transaction ID for your purchase.

Q: Are the units of measurement in the cookbook?

A: The measurements are a bit of a mix of both metric and imperial – Will actually has a page in the book explaining this. Since he weighs a lot of ingredients, those will be in grams, while there are also measurements in cups and tbsp. We do have a handy measurement conversion chart in the book to help you with anything you might need to convert!

Q: I live outside of the USA. Will most of the recipe ingredients be available in my country?

A: YES! The book works for everyone around the world! There are very few items specific to any country, and the few that are can be easily swapped for something similar. This cookbook does NOT dwell on specific brands, and it really encourages everyone to make the recipes their own.

Q: Will enough of the recipes in the cookbook accomodate my dietary restrictions?

A: Will’s cooking philosophy has always been to modify his recipes in a way to get exactly what you want out of them. A lot of the ingredients in his recipes are meant to be swapped out based on someone’s unique goals, preferences, and what they have on hand. It’s easy to make small changes to accomodate your dietary restrictions. The cookbook is meant to be very customizable to every individual, so we’re sure you’ll love it!

Q: Will you be making a hard copy version of the cookbook?

A: Will’s long term goal is to turn this into a hard copy book (with additional recipes and content) – although this is not something that is currently in the works. Our ability to make the physical book happen depends largely on the performance of the e-book, and the feedback we receive first.
